Job Description:

Join our team as a Bank Support Worker and enjoy the flexibility of working across a range of locations while making a real difference in people’s lives. You’ll be supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs—helping them live fulfilling, independent lives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Adapt support to fit what each person needs and wants daily
  • Encourage people to make their own choices, big and small
  • Help people to do things themselves to be as independent as possible
  • Support people to build confidence and life skills
  • Support people to be a part of their community, joining local clubs and connecting with friends and family
  • Be understanding, allowing people to take their time and do things at their own pace
  • Celebrate people’s achievements, no matter how small they might seem to others

Requirements:

Full UK manual driving licence would be advantageous but not essential
