Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our supported living team in Liverpool. In this role, you will provide person-centred support to individuals with complex mental health needs, helping them maintain independence and improve their overall quality of life. You will support residents with daily living activities, emotional wellbeing, and practical tasks, while promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion at all times.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for supporting others and making a difference
  • Previous experience in mental health support
  • Experience working within supported living services
  • A full driving licence is preferred but not essential
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable, but not required
