Lead on the training, education and skills development of ward and bank staff involved in enhanced care, with a focus on mental health, learning disabilities and the application of relevant legal frameworks such as the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Mental Health Act (MHA).
Coordinate and deploy Health Care Support Workers and Enhanced Care Support Officers effectively, ensuring staffing aligns with patient need, acuity and risk.
Act as an expert clinical resource for senior leaders and frontline teams, maintaining a visible and accessible presence to support high-quality care delivery
