Job Description:

Based in Paisley, our fabulous Rowan Wynd and new service are expanding their Bank pool and on the lookout for compassionate and creative individuals with a positive attitude to join them as Bank Support Practitioners. Our bank contracts will give you flexibility over the days and hours you work, tell us when you're available and we'll look to give you shifts to fit. This is a Bank Support Practitioner (as and when required) role, meaning shifts will be offered based on service needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist individuals living in their own homes with disabilities and/or additional support needs in all aspects of their daily lives
  • Support with medication and finances, housework, meal preparation, cooking and personal care
  • Take an active interest in hobbies of people supported

Requirements:

  • Have an empathetic and caring nature
  • Good observation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in using computers
  • Be able to work well in a team environment and on your own
  • Good organisational skills

Nice to have:

Full UK manual driving licence
