As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support when it’s needed most. You will help ensure consistent support during staff leave, sickness or training. To build trusting relationships with the people we support, we ask that you ideally pick up 1–2 shifts per week. You will be part of a dedicated and friendly team, supporting individuals with all aspects of daily living including meal preparation, medication, going to appointments and activities, managing personal finances, support with moving and handling and personal care. You’ll also provide emotional support and assist them to maintain relationships with family and friends. Some individuals have complex communication needs and use different communication tools to meet their needs.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting with meal preparation and medication

Supporting with budgeting, daily living skills and personal organisation
Providing emotional support and helping individuals maintain positive relationships
Requirements:
A caring and empathetic nature

Confidence with computers and digital systems
The ability to work well both independently and within a team
