Requirements

Experience of working with vulnerable individuals
Understanding of complex issues faced by residents (homelessness, harm reduction, drug and alcohol dependency, domestic violence, mental health)
Natural ability to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals in crisis
Ability to accurately and efficiently record information in case notes and support plans
Ability to work in an effective and cooperative manner in a team environment
Provide the highest possible standards of support to vulnerable adults
Subject to enhanced DBS criminal record disclosure

Job Responsibility

Support residents through crisis and periods of change
Promote positive outcomes
Move residents towards independence
Support vulnerable adults in 24 hour supported accommodation and emergency crash beds
