Job Description:

Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our Care Teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion and resident dignity. Working closely with the Nurses or Deputy Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administering medication
  • Providing hands on, high quality Resident Care
  • Team supervisions
  • Developing, implementing and updating care plans
  • Adhering to CQC guidelines
  • Coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs
  • Leading Care Teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion and resident dignity

Requirements:

  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Have experience within a similar role
  • Be a leader with a hands-on approach
  • Have fantastic people skills, be supportive and great at communicating
  • Be caring by nature with a genuine passion for making people’s lives brighter
  • Be a great team player
  • Be adaptable, able to organise and prioritise varying commitments
