As a Bank Retail Sales Assistant, you'll support the Retail Manager and wider team in the day-to-day running of our Shirebrook Shop. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff, managing stock, preparing and merchandising products, and supporting the recruitment, training, and development of volunteers.
