You will work closely with the managers within the home to ensure the highest standard of person-centred resident care.
Job Responsibility
Ensure that all Staff Members contribute to the efficient running of the care home
General observations and support
Wound care
Lead and support your team, completing regular supervisions
Duties may include standing in for the Deputy Home Manager and/or the Home Manager
Report any ill health amongst residents
Ensure residents Care Plans are completed and maintained
Assess all aspects of residents' care needs
Assess social and health care needs of new residents
Maintain accurate records
Carry out regular checks on Residents
Ensure clear handover report
Administer/Order/Store prescribed medicines
Practice maximum integrity
Establish and maintain good communication
Adhere to NMC guidelines
Maintain all logbooks and records
Requirements
Valid NMC License with a minimum of 1 year Nursing practice
