Optegra has an exciting new job opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join our amazing and dedicated team. The successful candidate will be required to work bank between three hospitals in North London, Central London and West London. Please note this is a zero-hours and pay starts from £14ph dependent on experience.
Job Responsibility:
Be the face of our Hospital and the first person our patients and visitors see when they arrive
Make them feel welcome, let them know what to expect from their appointment, answer their queries and support them with whatever they need to ensure they have the best experience of their time with us
Support with hospital and patient administration including billing
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing great customer care
Be well organised, able to prioritise and work in a busy environment
Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
