Join our team as a Bank Nursery Practitioner. Bring your enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication to create brighter futures for children. The nursery is beautifully situated in front of the River Colne, offering stunning views and a natural environment. It features a Baby Room (0–2 years), Toddler Room (2–3 years), and Preschool Room (3–5 years). Children enjoy a mobile library and Super Star Sports sessions.

Job Responsibility:

Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents
Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care

Requirements:

Experience working in a childcare setting
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential
