Job Description

The Bank Operations Internship allows candidates to develop fundamental and transferable business skills and provides a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive, hands-on experience through cross-functional training. The Intern will gain experience in a variety of departments within Applied Bank. This is a full-time summer internship that reports to our Glen Mills, PA headquarters Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. At the conclusion of the program, the Intern will be considered for progressive opportunities within the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute department-specific tasks/duties
  • Demonstrate skills and competencies to perform operational and support functions
  • Gain comprehensive, hands-on experience through cross-functional training in departments like Bank Retail Operations and Back Office Operations

Requirements

  • Working towards an Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • Availability to work a 40 hour work week
  • Banking and/or Customer Service experience preferred
