Job Description

Flexible Nursery Practitioner (Relief) position at The Old Station Nursery in Maidstone, offering flexible zero hours contract with opportunities for full-day, morning, or afternoon shifts. Pay: £12.71 - £13.24 per hour plus additional 13.54% accrued holiday pay.

Job Responsibility

  • Support children and colleagues across the nursery
  • cover holidays
  • support during busy periods
  • help provide consistency for children when teams need extra support
  • support children through play, creativity, curiosity, and connection
  • help create a safe, nurturing environment where they feel happy, valued, and confident to explore

Requirements

  • Experience working in a childcare or Early Years setting
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification desirable but not essential
  • big hearts, curious minds, and a genuine passion for supporting children's growth and development
