Job Description:

Are you a UK Registered Nurse (RGN) wanting control and flexibility to work the shifts you want? Whether you’re a Nurse looking for extra shifts to boost your income or a flexible job that fits around your lifestyle, if you’re a UK Registered Nurse you can join our nurse staff bank and, after completing a paid two-week induction, you’ll have access to available nursing shifts at The Dean, plus the potential future option to work bank shifts regionally at other Elysium services across the region.

Requirements:

  • A relevant nursing qualification
  • NMC registration
  • Previous experience in a similar setting
  • Strong team-working skills

  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A good sense of humour

  • Ensure compliance with N.M.C code of conduct at all times
  • Ensure each Client’s dignity and independence is respected
  • Participate in daily handover taking the lead for nursing Clients
  • Attend and participate in daily meetings and share information
