Bank Network Management (BNM) is part of the Services, Markets, Banking & International and Client (SMB&IC) Operations Division. BNM provides best in class banking services to our business partners and clients, while strengthening regulatory compliance, governance, and control over Citi owned bank accounts. BNM global functions include: Relationship Management, Regulatory, Bank Expense Optimization, Bank Signatory Management (BSM), Agent Bank Risk and Data & Technology Management. The Data & Technology Management function is responsible for ensuring oversight and delivery of processes and practices across the BNM organization, ensuring robust governance framework, stakeholder management, partnering within the organization, working with Risk & Controls and second line of defense. The Data & Technology Management team is the technology authority for BNM and drives the Data management program. The BNM Business Analyst will work closely with the change management lead in supporting the BNM Hub. This includes ensuring its on-going development, enhancement, testing, and implementation to effectively achieve the global needs of the BNM framework. The BNM Business Analyst will also play a key role in analyzing current processes and working with the change management lead to create new requirements to improve controls and performance within the BNM framework.
Job Responsibility
Support the change management lead in engaging and training end-users and maintaining documentation on the BNM Hub application, providing expert assistance for questions and issues while establishing rapport with global BNM resources, businesses, and technology partners
Serve as a key business liaison for technology production issues, including tracking (opening, testing, confirming closure, and closing)
Assist in creating, managing, and executing test plans, and support the sign-off process for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and production implementation
Work collaboratively to identify and document new BNM Hub requirements and production issues, following through to resolution
Conduct Quality Control Reviews for technology changes & Continuity of Business (COB) testing to ensure resilience of critical processes
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in business analysis, change management, or complex initiative delivery
Bachelor's degree/University degree
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including producing compelling presentation materials and clear status updates
Demonstrated ability to establish and manage processes and procedures to drive efficiency and control, working effectively under direction and adaptable to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities
Proven ability to work effectively within diverse, cross-functional global teams across multiple time zones in complex, matrixed organizations
