Job Description:

Bank Monitoring Surveyor role with an established national construction consultancy, working on high-profile development schemes across the South East in a close-knit team environment

Job Responsibility:

Bank monitoring
Fund monitoring
Construction cost and project management
Building strong client relationships
Project delivery from funding assurance perspective

Requirements:

MRICS is highly desirable (or currently working towards)
Previous experience in a Bank Monitoring Surveyor or Fund Monitoring role
Strong understanding of construction cost and project management principles
South East based with a driving licence
