Bank Mental Health Support Workers needed in Chester – flexible shifts, meaningful work, and the chance to make a real difference supporting people every day. Empowering lives. Promoting recovery. Job Responsibility:

  • Support with purpose – Help individuals develop self-care routines, build resilience, and manage their mental health
  • Everyday independence – Assist with practical tasks like meal prep, medication, budgeting, and appointments
  • Encourage connection – Promote social inclusion and help reduce isolation through community involvement
  • Team collaboration – Work alongside a dedicated team of psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers to deliver care plans
  • Keep things on track – Maintain accurate records and keep communication clear to ensure the best outcomes
