Job Description:

Bank Housekeeping Assistant role at Advinia Health Care, providing high-quality, person-centred care for older people. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in a care home environment to support resident wellbeing.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring bedrooms, corridors, and public areas are kept clean and tidy to required standard
Daily cleaning: emptying waste bins, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning dining rooms/lounges/lavatories, cleaning taps and sinks, spot cleaning floors
Weekly cleaning: polishing mirrors, dusting handrails/radiators/furniture/windowsills/pictures/light bulbs and fittings, washing floors
Restocking toiletries, soaps, and towels
Efficient use of supplies
Assisting with Linen Room duties when requested
Keeping storage areas clean, tidy, and stocked

Requirements:

Pride in work and ability to meet cleaning standards
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Fantastic people skills and supportive communication
Ability to build strong relationships with a non-judgemental attitude
Caring and enthusiastic nature
Ability to work well in a team
No prior experience required (training provided)
