Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Bank Financial Advisor in Wealth and Investment Management as part of Wells Fargo Advisors. This position involves participating in training programs, reviewing client goals and risk tolerance, assessing investment profiles, and evaluating client financial needs.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in Wells Fargo Advisors training program
Review client goals and risk tolerance
Assess investment profile
Evaluate client financial needs
Provide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders
Assist customers without taking applications or negotiating terms

Requirements:

6+ months of Customer Service, Sales, or Relationship Building experience
Successfully completed Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam or equivalent
Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) exams to qualify for immediate registration
Financial services experience
Client services experience
6+ months of client or sales services experience
Experience developing and managing client relationships
Sales or sales support experience
A BS/BA degree or higher
Meet Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements
Meet financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards
Meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening

Nice to have:

FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) exams
Financial services experience
Client services experience
Experience developing and managing client relationships
Sales or sales support experience
BS/BA degree or higher
