Job Description:

ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma-related behaviours. We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community. Welcome to Our Home – Andover: A calm, cosy bungalow supporting up to 3 amazing young people (ages 11–18). We’re a quirky, caring crew who believe in laughter, love, and helping kids thrive.

Job Responsibility:

  • 1:1 support with young people
  • shifts are 9 or 15 hours long - available shifts include waking nights, days and sleepovers (including weekend shifts)
