As a Bank Support Worker, you’ll provide day‑to‑day holistic support to adults, following the Trust’s intrinsic principles and behaviours. Your work will help individuals maintain independence, feel included in their communities, and enjoy the best possible quality of life. You’ll work closely with experienced Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, Deputies, and Registered Managers as part of a dedicated and values‑driven team.
Job Responsibility:

Encourage participation in community activities and meaningful experiences

Requirements:
A genuine commitment to supporting adults with complex disabilities
A caring, patient, and respectful approach
Ability to work as part of a team and follow guidance from senior staff
Willingness to learn and undertake relevant training
Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Must undergo an Enhanced DBS check prior to joining
