Job Description:

We are currently recruiting an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a busy inpatient rehabilitation service on an ongoing contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, helping patients progress safely through rehabilitation and discharge.

Job Responsibility:

Undertaking timely physiotherapy assessments on inpatient or reablement wards
Determining discharge readiness and required physiotherapeutic interventions
Parallel planning to support effective and timely discharge
Developing and monitoring individualised exercise and rehabilitation programmes
Liaising with hospital, community, and wider multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Supporting timely patient flow and discharge

Requirements:

HCPC registration
Band 6 physiotherapy experience
Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
Strong communication and MDT working skills
