Carleton Clinic, a leading provider of mental health services, is actively seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Band 5 Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) to join our dedicated team. We are looking for a dedicated Registered Mental Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care. This Registered Mental Nurse position is crucial to our team, and we aim to fill it quickly.

Job Responsibility

  • Conducting patient assessments and developing care plans
  • Administering medication and monitoring patient responses
  • Providing therapeutic support, including individual and group sessions
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Maintaining accurate patient records

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Minimum 6 months experience in mental health setting in the NHS
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Full Vaccinations record- BCG, MMR, HEPATITIS-B
  • Training certificates-Mandatory Training and PMVA bild certified
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
