We are seeking a motivated and organised General Secretary to join our busy administrative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a keen interest in supporting patient care through accurate record management. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and updating patient records, ensuring information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for updating spreadsheets, inputting data onto internal systems, and supporting the wider team with general administrative duties.
Job Responsibility:
Keep accurate records, minutes, constitutions, policies, and reports
Prepare agendas, circulate papers, and support meetings
Communicate decisions and updates to members, committees, or stakeholders
Support governance and help ensure policies and procedures are followed
Coordinate day-to-day administration and organizational tasks
Act as a liaison between leadership, committees, and members
Requirements:
Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel and data entry
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
