Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a rewarding career with long-term prospects? Brook Street (UK) Ltd is currently seeking Clerical Officers behalf of our esteemed client in Knockbracken Healthcare Park, South Belfast

Job Responsibility:

  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries and personal contact with visitors to the organisation in a courteous and efficient manner ensuring that all queries/issues are cascaded up to the appropriate person, if appropriate
  • Provide clerical services, including organising and maintaining diary/schedule to arrange appointments and meetings (Microsoft Outlook)
  • Type reports, memos, letters, forms etc. to a high standard, as required from audio and notes using a word processing system (Microsoft Word)
  • In addition as a member of a team, the post-holder will be required to provide clerical support to other senior members of staff within the team

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year`s experience in Administration
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualification
