Job Description:

Lead the marketing efforts for the branch’s exclusive suite of bancassurance products. Proactively convert branch walk-in traffic and mine the existing banking database to identify high-potential leads. Maintain high visibility through consistent daily sales activities and face-to-face client interactions. Perform deep-dive financial fact-finding and insurance gap analyses to deliver customized protection strategies. Deliver dedicated after-sales support to ensure policy persistence and client satisfaction. Uphold the highest standards of professional integrity by complying with all internal banking controls and external financial regulations. Knowledge of insurance product such as PCE (A / B / C) and / or Ceili Licence will be an added advantage.
