Job Responsibility:

Conducting channel management to strengthen the cooperation between AZTR and the Business Partner in the branch that the s/he is responsible for
Following the market in the branch for which AZTR is responsibleidentifying opportunities and to carrying out the processes to implement these opportunities together with the business partner
Taking actions to increase efficiency and production in a way that will contribute to the achievement of the targets of the branch in charge
Keeping the coordination and commitment of channels with sales teams at the highest level, and carrying out the necessary work to ensure that company strategies are adopted by sales teams
Ensuring that the company's critical and large-scale bancassurance projects with the targeted time schedule and content
Taking the necessary actions to ensure that the sales and service processes under his/her responsibility proceed in accordance with the legislation
Coordinating refresher training on products and processes for bank sales teams
Designing campaign setups, ensuring the campaigns are designed, and evaluating the designed campaign setups in line with strategy and target

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a related field
Experience in channel management, bank channel management, process management and relationship management
Good knowledge of insurance products
Good command of MS Office applications
Good command of English
Strong communication skills
Ability to work with a team
