Job Description:

The primary responsibility of our volunteers is to provide our guests with a positive experience through the roles of Greeters, Guest Services Personnel, and Ushers primarily during the Spring Training season.

Job Responsibility:

Greet all guests with a warm welcome
Assist guests with wayfinding and information
Provide guest assistance during evacuation
Ensure entrance/exit area is safe
Provide friendly exit acknowledgement
Staff the Guest Services window
Serve as a guest resource
Provide wheelchair deployment services
Offer customer assistance
Coordinate Lost and Found
Direct guests to proper seat or amenities
Maintain ticket discipline
Keep concourse and seating aisles clear
Respond to guest complaints
Keep Home Plate end of dugouts clear
Assume position at bottom of seating rows
Minimize seating aisle traffic
Respond to injured or ill guest
Check on well-being if ball or bat enters seating area

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age
Must submit a background check
Must have availability to work a minimum of 8 games
Must be able to work entire game unless dismissed by a supervisor
