Ballot Tracking/Logistics System Specialist

• Supporting the operational delivery and ongoing performance of the BallotTrack (a tracking application)
• Monitoring, tracking and accounting of the ballot paper containers throughout the election period
• Producing reports ensuring transparency across election operations and enable timely management of issues

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated, equivalent, relevant professional experience
• Experience supporting business applications or operational systems in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Experience in testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect identification and test case preparation
• Ability to analyse and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure, particularly during critical operational period
