Job Description

The Balancing Coordinator will complete administrative and order management responsibilities related to the Victaulic HVAC hydronic/balancing solutions. This will be accomplished by working closely with the direct outside sales team and sales management.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as liaison between sales and internal customer care providing professional and proper responses to all Balancing and order related inquiries
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Balancing quotes and order entry process
  • Prepare and issue standard and special product quotations, including priced on application quotes, conforming to pricing guidelines. Using koil kit configurator and kk tool quoting
  • Perform all quote/order related tasks and service-related activities ensuring accurate, timely and effective handling of customer requirements including maintenance of orders as required
  • Coordination of project delivery requirements utilizing project management and basic expediting skills through product substitution or escalation to Customer Satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree a plus
  • Possess proficient skills with Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, Access, & Project
  • Experience and understanding of Visual Basic language a plus
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills - written and oral
  • Ability to be patient, professional and courteous
  • Project management skills a plus
  • Must be goal oriented, reliable, self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively
  • Willing to be flexible in schedule and work occasional overtime
