Balance Sheet Management Analyst

• Engage in balance sheet forecasting efforts for commercial loan and capital markets products
• Validate model input and output, research and reconcile forecast results
• Develop understanding of commercial loan and capital market products, model assumptions, and management judgement
• Support ongoing transformation efforts to improve and automate processes
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Corporate Risk Management and Model Governance teams

• 2+ years of Treasury experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or some other quantitative field
• Knowledge and understanding of bank balance sheet products
• Experience in balance sheet forecasting and/or interest rate risk analysis
• Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment when deadline demands
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
• Experience with Power BI, Essbase/SmartView and FAST Dodeca
