We are a high-volume food manufacturing facility looking for energetic and reliable Production Team Members to join our bakery team. This is a dynamic role that offers variety, consistent hours, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Responsibility:
Machine & Line Support: Feed bagel boards into boilers, stack finished products safely, and monitor equipment temperatures
Packaging & Logistics: Ensure proper labeling and packaging of products
transport finished goods to storage using electric-powered pallet movers
Material Handling: Manage "tote" operations by ensuring correct premixes are supplied to mixers and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Quality & Safety: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure top-tier food safety and personal protection
Documentation: Accurately complete production paperwork and track inventory usage
Requirements:
Reliability: Punctual, conscientious, and able to commit to the rotating 12-hour schedule
Adaptability: Able to remain level-headed in a fast-paced environment and switch between different production tasks
Communication: Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions in English
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for 12 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions (bending, reaching, climbing)
Technical: Basic computer skills are preferred. Must be willing to complete in-house training for material handling equipment
