We are a high-volume food manufacturing facility looking for energetic and reliable Production Team Members to join our bakery team. This is a dynamic role that offers variety, consistent hours, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Responsibility:
Feed bagel boards into boilers, stack finished products safely, and monitor equipment temperatures
Ensure proper labeling and packaging of products
transport finished goods to storage using electric-powered pallet movers
Manage "tote" operations by ensuring correct premixes are supplied to mixers and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure top-tier food safety and personal protection
Accurately complete production paperwork and track inventory usage
Requirements:
Punctual, conscientious, and able to commit to the rotating 12-hour schedule
Able to remain level-headed in a fast-paced environment and switch between different production tasks
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions in English
Ability to stand for 12 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions (bending, reaching, climbing)
Basic computer skills are preferred
Must be willing to complete in-house training for material handling equipment
Candidates must have their own reliable transportation to ensure punctual attendance for all shifts
