Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, able to lift 50 lbs, and have reliable, independent transportation to meet the demands of a 48-hour work week.

act as a subject matter expert on food quality, monitoring variety changes and correcting deviations immediately
Requirements:
Previous experience as a pastry chef, baker, or back-of-house restaurant professional
Demonstrated experience using commercial mixers and precise measuring tools
Ability to stand for 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment
Deep understanding of GMPs and food safety protocols from a professional kitchen or plant environment
