Job Responsibility:
Safely drive a 26-foot straight truck
load the truck at Holiday Support Facility in Brooklyn Center, MN
unload the truck at various Holiday Stationstore locations
perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections
utilize PeopleNet GPS Fleet Tracking system
complete appropriate paperwork
re-fuel the truck
interact with Stationstore employees, co-workers, and customers in a courteous and professional manner
perform duties in compliance with DOT, USDA, FDA, OSHA, and state and local regulations
follow company policies including safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices
perform other duties as assigned by management and supervisors
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
high school diploma or equivalent
valid Class D driver’s license in state of residence
one year of truck driving experience
clean driving record
no positive drug or alcohol test results or refusals within the last two years
ability to read loading instructions, posted notices and training tests
ability to perform simple arithmetic operations such as addition, subtraction, and multiplication
high level of job motivation and ability to work independently
must pass Department of Transportation Physical Capacities exam and drug screen
must pass criminal background check
physical ability to safely enter truck cab and box using three points of contact
able to lift, push, pull and carry 50 to 75 pounds
frequent bending
occasional squatting, stooping, standing, and walking
