Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bakery costing & R&D
  • Exceptional Bakery product knowledge
  • Ability to keep abreast of local competitor activity, industry trends and make recommendations on internal pricing, promotions and product policies
  • Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
