Job Responsibility:

Create a welcoming environment for customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty
Deliver daily product conditions ensuring freshness, availability, and quality
Offer product samples and assist customers with product selection
Collaborate with team members to promote trust, teamwork, and clear communication
Monitor inventory and report discrepancies
Prepare, package, label, and display bakery products accurately
Adhere to safety, food handling, and regulatory compliance requirements

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age
Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain it
Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks
Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
Commitment to following safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions
Willingness to work varied shifts
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain product quality and safety standards
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
0-3 years of relevant supervisory experience
Strong customer service skills
Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication abilities
Ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, and scales according to guidelines
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to embrace diversity and support an inclusive team environment
English proficiency required, Spanish preferred
