Requirements

Help to manage day-to-day operations of the Bakery area
Participate in hiring and training new staff
Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed
Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
Ensure that the display cases inside the bakery are fully stocked with fresh baked goods
Ensure top quality customer service by greeting customers and responding to inquiries regarding bakery products
Direct and coordinate activities involved with production, sale and distribution of bakery products such decorating fruit cakes, handling the visual merchandising of our handmade baklawa, cookies, cakes, and pastries and many other delicious products
