Bakery Assistant / Packer / Cleaner

Our Bakers start super early to get the job done – they are looking for someone with a passion for the industry, an early morning riser, and someone potentially looking for a future in the industry to help them do that for our customers. Early starts BUT early finishes – and for someone looking to go further in this area, support and training will in abundance. We have a Bakery Production Lead who is super passionate about her chosen field, who loves ‘keen to learn’ people and will guide you as far as you want to go. Days and hours will be: Sunday to Thursday 7.00am to 4.00pm – 25.5 hours per week with the expectation that you will be available to cover other shifts within the department when necessary. There's plenty to do and plenty to learn so you won't be bored! The ability to learn Baking tasks working alongside our Qualified Bakers is there for someone considering making a career in the Baking industry. Full support will be given to the right candidates looking for that opportunity. We love ambitious people. Reliability is an absolute must. This is a passionate and very busy team so consistency is key to ensure the days tasks are completed on time to meet our customers' needs. Full training will be given along with a comprehensive six week induction to our store, your department and the tasks required. You’ll be a Rockstar by the end of it.
