Job Responsibility:

  • prepare and bake a high volume of bakery product according to Costco formulas
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery workspace
  • ensure bakery products meet quality standards in taste, texture, and appearance
  • coordinate with team members and other warehouse staff to support smooth operations
  • follow all operational procedures and safety regulations
  • manage production schedules effectively

Requirements:

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • food handler’s permit or certification preferred
  • experience in bakery or food production environment preferred
  • ability to work early morning shifts
  • capacity to lift moderate weights
  • willingness to adhere to food safety standards and company policies
  • previous baking experience preferred
  • ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • strong attention to detail
  • good physical stamina to handle standing for extended periods
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
