Job Responsibility

Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
Follow recipes and make-up instructions
Wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
Provide exceptional customer service to members by answering questions and assisting with purchasing decisions
Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready work area

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Able to stand for long periods
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to follow recipes and company procedures accurately
Successful completion of all required job training and assessments
Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace

Nice to have

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous bakery or food service experience is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to operate baking equipment safely
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
