Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
  • Follow recipes and make-up instructions
  • Wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members by answering questions and assisting with purchasing decisions
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready work area

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Able to stand for long periods
