Job Responsibility:
Manage inbound calls and provide attentive assistance to callers
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records within credentialing databases
Oversee administrative office duties, including document organization and scanning
Facilitate credentialing processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
Serve as a receptionist by greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
Handle administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail
Assist in maintaining and updating records related to credentialing
Ensure all documentation is properly scanned and filed for easy retrieval
Collaborate with team members to support overall office operations
Provide consistent and reliable support for ongoing administrative needs
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative assistance or a related role
Proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service
Strong knowledge of credentialing processes and database management
Ability to perform accurate data entry and manage digital documentation
Familiarity with receptionist duties and office management
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience in document scanning and electronic file management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams
