This Long-term Contract position focuses on reviewing access requests, issuing credentials, and maintaining accurate records for employees, contractors, and vendors. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with access control platforms, printers, and ticket-based workflows while applying sound judgment in a security-focused environment.
Job Responsibility
Manage the daily processing of badge requests and physical access changes for employees, contractors, and vendors
Review submitted access requests for completeness and legitimacy before issuing or updating credentials
Create, renew, and deactivate badges and facility access permissions within designated access control systems
Support new personnel onboarding by entering required information into security and access management platforms
Assist individuals with badge-related questions and access needs while maintaining compliance with established procedures
Operate badge printing equipment and related tools to produce and distribute physical credentials accurately
Investigate routine access issues, help resolve straightforward problems, and escalate more complex concerns to security leadership when needed
Maintain required documentation, approvals, and records associated with badge issuance and facility access activities
Contribute to broader physical security and access control objectives through consistent, accurate, and timely administrative support
Requirements
Experience performing administrative or office support work in a structured, process-driven environment
Familiarity with physical access control, badge administration, or security-related workflows
Ability to work within a ticketing system and manage multiple requests with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using computer-based systems, data entry tools, and badge or printer hardware
Strong judgment and discretion when handling access approvals and sensitive security information
Effective communication skills for assisting employees, contractors, and vendors in a detail-oriented manner
Dependable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
