We’re looking for motivated professionals to join a dynamic back-office team in the motor insurance sector. Join a leading company in the automotive insurance industry, supporting administrative operations related to car insurance policies. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and update motor insurance policy data accurately in internal systems
  • Process administrative requests, including contract updates, renewals, and cancellations
  • Handle and organize policy-related documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Review and verify customer or broker information to support internal procedures
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams, ensuring smooth and timely operations
  • Handle incoming phone calls (approximately 20 per day) and communicate effectively with clients
  • Manage extended vehicle warranty processes and related documentation
  • Oversee contract management for insurance policies
  • Register and maintain workshop/service center data in the system
  • Validate documentation to ensure completeness and compliance

Requirements:

  • Minimum C1 level in German is required
  • proficiency in English or Portuguese is also necessary
  • Previous experience in administrative and back-office roles is highly preferred
