The Screening Analyst Analyst is responsible for completing moderate to complex research and analysis of account activity to assess levels of risk and fraud type, making a fraud determination, completing all required investigative reports, and taking appropriate action to resolve fraud related inquiries in a multi-faceted, fast paced and dynamic environment, while ensuring the security of the customer’s accounts.
