Backend Team Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Backend Team Lead to help grow and manage one of our key engineering teams. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders (often engineers from other departments), design fault-tolerant and distributed architectures, translate business requirements into clear technical tasks, conduct code reviews, and continuously improve the product. You’ll still write code — but that’s not your main mission here.
