Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin in backend and distributed systems development
Proven expertise building scalable APIs, microservices, and backend platforms for complex financial or data-intensive applications
Familiarity with cloud deployments, and service-oriented architectures
Knowledge of messaging and streaming technologies (NATS, Kafka, or similar)

Extensive professional software engineering experience building web applications
