Job Description

Reporting to the Tech Team, you will be working on adding new features to our core or map exploring (WeCards) product and improving the overall architecture to support WeWard’s growth and ambitions! You will work alongside: Surya, Lead Tech; Thomas, Lead Tech; Vincent, Backend Engineer; Dorra, Software Engineer. By joining the team, you will become part of an entrepreneurial adventure where each team member contributes fully. You’ll participate in the strategic and technical decisions of the company and have a strong and immediate impact on our users: 3 million daily users. Our toolset includes Github Actions, Docker, and AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, etc.).

Job Responsibility

  • Working on adding new features to our core or map exploring (WeCards) product
  • Improving the overall architecture to support WeWard’s growth and ambitions
  • Interact with various stakeholders such as devops, product, and marketing
  • Participate in the strategic and technical decisions of the company
  • Have a strong and immediate impact on our users

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Python (Flask, but open to other Python web frameworks)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL (especially PostgreSQL)
  • Understanding of API development and consumption
  • Keen eye for code quality
  • Comfortable communicating in English
  • Eager to join a player in the health and wellness industry
  • Special attraction to the startup world and seek to have a real impact
  • Know how to work with and support team members
  • Enjoy managing priorities
  • Remarkable organization and diligence
