This role will provide application support to you operations. Primary duties include identifying, responding to, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to organiszation's applications and services, ensuring optimal performance and satisfactions for users and drivers. Additionally, you'll provide hands-on technical support during and after rollout, help localize and adapt systems, to support regional operations.
Job Responsibility:
Provide technical support to end-to-end organization's mobile applications
Coordinate closely with local and HQ engineering teams
Troubleshoot technical issues collaborate with team members
Customize tech tools for local data compliance and optimize workflows
Handle issues involving sensitive data with highest level of integrity
Engage in ongoing compliance improvements and actively participate in privacy discussions
Engage in post-launch operational support, including monitoring, alerting, debugging
Requirements:
4+ years experience in software engineering or technical operations
Knowledge of Java / PHP / Node.js / GoLang
Knowledge of middlewares such as Redis/ElasticSearch/Kafka/RabbitMQ, etc
Experience with backend microservices and APIs
Experience in MySQL
Demonstrated integrity and accountability in managing sensitive data and operational risks
Experience in operational support, especially during launch period
