Extensive experience as a backend engineer with the ability to onboard quickly and operate independently
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud-native infrastructure (preferably GCP), and experience with Kubernetes operators
Proficiency in Go programming
Familiarity with GitOps workflows, ArgoCD, and automation involving AI/LLM-powered tools
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex deployment issues and communicate solutions clearly

Job Responsibility

Design, develop, and manage Go-based Kubernetes operators and backend services to enhance platform capabilities
Lead migration initiatives to adopt Gantry, Spotify’s next-generation deployment platform
